• Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and all included accessories (e.g., manuals, attachments).
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
• Non-returnable Items: The following products are not eligible for return:
  • Customized or special-order wind turbines, unless there is a quality issue.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

2. Exchange Policy

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
• Once the issue is verified, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
3. Shipping the Return: Safely package the product and include the RMA number. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days, issuing the funds to the original payment method.
